The JPress Difference
Our newest addition is the JPress 750HS, the industry’s leading production inkjet sheet-fed press. The JPress 750HS doubles the output of letter size documents over the previous generations and is now the fastest, full color, B2 sheet-fed digital press on the market. Delivering a quality that is designed to take the very best of offset and the very best of digital and bring even more value by taking on more jobs and longer run lengths as a result of the increased level of productivity.
The JPress 750HS can handle variable data, with the press using a barcode system to guarantee front and back page matching. The barcode is printed in the non-image area of every sheet immediately after the paper leaves the input sheet stacker. The press reads the barcode on every sheet as it leaves the stacker and downloads the correct page information before it prints the second side. The benefits of this capability extend beyond the obvious application of variable data personalization. Jobs can also be printed ‘collated’ in page order to simplify and speed up the finishing process or improve the logistics for job distribution, making the production of versioned print jobs simple and straightforward.

3-Hole Drilling
Three-hole drilling is the perfect way to organize catalogs, brochures and other printed items in one binder. We can drill 1/8” to 1/2” diameter holes in one, two, three or more configurations. Grit can even supply ready-to-hang drilled retail tags and hangers.
Inserting
Grit’s Bell and Howell inserters can effortlessly handle the task of inserting up to 6 pieces into an envelope. It's designed to accommodate various envelope sizes, ranging from 6” x 9” to 9” x 12”.
Shrinkwrapping
Shrinkwrapping is a great way to protect packs of slips or group multiple mailing pieces together for better postal savings. Our Weldotron semi-automatic shrinkwrapper delivers packed items in a clear, tight wrap that still allows printed graphics to be visible.

Folding
Grit’s B-26 26 x 44 Stahl folders are capable of delivering almost any fold you need!
Die Cutting
Our cylinder die cutter is capable of producing pocket folders, door hangers, table tents, and creating custom-shaped pieces, and placing business card and brochure slits into brochures.
Scoring
We score heavier papers (65 lb. cover and heavier) to prevent paper fibers from breaking at the fold. We can also prescore sheets should you prefer to receive them flat and fold as needed.
Perforating
For burst-out business reply cards, courtesy cards and tear-aways – our perfs are created on-site to increase turn around times.
Saddle Stitching
From a 4-page plus cover book to 120 page or 1/4” thick self cover, Grit’s Muller Martini 6-pocket plus cover saddlebinder is capable of delivering stitched books at high speed and trim them all to the same size – giving your books a great finished look!
Direct Mail Services
